FREE MERCHANDISE EXCHANGES

By mail – FREE

Exchange postage is free! All you have to do is fill out the exchange portion of your RETURN LABEL and drop your exchange in the mail. We’ll send in-stock items right away, charge your credit card and credit the return once we have received it in our warehouse. We are not able to refund your original shipping charges.

Please call us at (619) 729-4355. We will send in-stock items right away, charge your credit card and credit the return once we have received it in our warehouse. We are not able to refund your original charges.

MERCHANDISE RETURNS:
(this excludes Gift Cards)

By mail - $7.00

Mail your merchandise using the pre-paid RETURN LABEL. We will deduct the postage fee of $7.00 from your order refund for return postage. (The package is insured when using the provided return label). We are not able to refund your original shipping charges.

If you do not use the RETURN LABEL, the $7.00 fee will not be deducted from your return.

You will receive a confirmation by email or mail once the package has arrived at our warehouse.

REFUNDS:

Your credit or refund will take 10-14 business days. If you ordered by credit card, we will credit the account you used when ordering the merchandise. Confirmation of the refund will be shown on your following statement. If you paid by check or gift certificate we will mail you a refund check.
